716122 - [dev] After saving a new created banner, the banner snippet is not displayed

This almost behaves like a caching issue. 

Steps to reproduce:
1. click through the banner creation process
2. save the banner

Expected:
A freshly minted banner with its associated html snippet is generated

Actual:
The snippet does not show up in the "My Banners" section for some time. Clearing the cache nor logging in and logging out does not effect it being displayed. I can not reliably reproduce the steps to force the newly created banner to be displayed, however it does show up eventually.

rshetty, thx for noticing there was a problem once we moved the code over to stage. It looks like a simple server restart (by :jason) resolved this.

Can you verify this is working properly on stage?
