716480 - Control Panel program list entry for Mozilla Maintenance Service says "Uninstall/Change" instead of "Uninstall"

Steps to reproduce:
 1) Install Nightly with the default options so that Mozilla Maintenance Service gets installed.
 2) Click Uninstall a program in Control Panel
 3) Select Mozilla Maintenance Service

Actual results:
The button that shows up above the program list says "Uninstall/Change". For Firefox itself, it says just "Uninstall".

Expected results:
Expected the removal button for Mozilla Maintenance Service to say simply "Uninstall" like the removal button for Firefox itself, since it appear that there aren't other options that uninstallation behind that button.
