Steps to reproduce:

1. Make consistent the addition of bookmarks.  If click on the star in the navigation bar, new bookmarks will  be added to the "Unsorted Bookmarks" folder.  If right click "Bookmark This Page...", Bookmarks > "Bookmark This Page", or Crtl+Shift+D, new bookmarks will be added to "Bookmarks Menu".  Have all bookmarks placed in "Unsorted Bookmarks".  Similar to Bug 567555 for Firefox 10, and present in SeaMonkey 2.9a1.

2. "Unsorted Bookmarks" is listed in the "Bookmarks Toolbar", but not in the "Bookmarks Menu".  If above is corrected, then this should accompany.

3. Make the location of the "Unsorted Bookmarks" folder user-moveable, rather than solely its own entity (personally would prefer it at the bottom).

Fix of bug 588807 resolves #2.

In particular, please, let users move it to the Bookmarks Toolbar.
