User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:9.0.1) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/9.0.1 Build ID: 20111220165912 Steps to reproduce: My fiancee can no longer pull up Yahoo Messenger. I added Mozilla Firefox and it would not come up for me. I went back to Internet Explorer and it will come up there. Actual results: Checking your Community Support network it showed 63 people who could not get it to work just in the last week!! The solution offered by one individual did not fix the problem or work to work around it. It would appear that your system has a problem that requires attention or you will probably lose a lot of users who use IM to Internet Explorer. Expected results: Clicking on an available contact should bring up the Yahoo Messenger box to start IM. It doesn't but used to. The fact it will still work in Internet Explorer would indicate that this is a Mozilla Firefox problem that the company will need to address. Please fix this issue.
