The spec has this to say:

No mockups yet, so this is a placeholder bug.

Based on the requirements, we need clarity on the following:

- What other pages does this page need to link to?
- Do we need to talk about the benefits of open apps, HTML5, etc here or is that content somewhere else?
- What should the top level navigation include? Things like "My Profile", "My Settings", etc?
- What are we considering "other market documentation?
- Who's writing the content for the "quick pitches"? Engagement team? Have we talked to them about writing this copy?
