After using Fennec Native for a few days, I find my Top Sites list filled with seemingly duplicate entries. See attached "screenshot". I am not sure what would cause that site (a little message board thing for my friends) to get duplicated while other sites don't. It might be that the normal mode of operation is to click the refresh button on the site to read new messages (which is what the shown URL is for), or it might be because an XHR is done every minute or so to check for new messages (but that uses a different URL than shown there).
Let me know if I can provide any more useful information.

If you rotate the phone into landscape does this show more of the url? each with a unique identifier?

No, they're all still the same.

Did you use 'Clear history'? If yes, this could be bug 718615.
Also, do they only show up in Top Sites, or also in the history tab?

I did not use "Clear history". They show up in the history tab too, but the entries instead look like this:
Donkey message board
http://board.mcc.id.au/
i.e. without the query string.

I see this as well, with simpler sites, in particular http://news.ycombinator.com/news and http://news.ycombinator.com/news2 .

I'm pretty sure this is a dup of bug 718615 (which I've just sent a patch for)
