Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.2; WOW64; rv:9.0.1) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/9.0.1
Build ID: 20111220165912

Steps to reproduce:

Tried to play Wikipedia's anti-SOPA launch video: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Wikimedia_Foundation_Wikipedia_Blackout_SOPA_January_18,_2012.theora.ogv

Actual results:

Video played fine, audio didn't. So I played it in MPlayer and found that it was 6 channel ffvorbis running at 48000 Hz, bitrate of 660 kbps and 22127 formatted.

Expected results:

Audio should've played.
WFM:
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:9.0.1) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/9.0.1
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:12.0a1) Gecko/20120120 Firefox/12.0a1

I get 6 channels in my mixer: Front Left, Front Right, Rear Left, Rear Right, Front Center, Subwoofer

BTW, I've never seen that happen before. Cool!
I can confirm this with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:12.0a1) Gecko/20120117 Firefox/12.0a1 SeaMonkey/2.9a1
Seems to be windows only and probably a downmixing problem.
