Heya there (hope I've assigned this bug in the correct place).

I had a directory containing all my old bugzilla emails and between Friday night and this morning it seems to have disappeared.

It has both been removed in folder listings in both Thunderbird and the zimbra online client...

Any idea where this may have gone? If you need any further information please let me know,

Ross

Ross,
We have no idea how this happened, sorry to hear this.
Did you look in the trash folder in the Zimbra webui? If you right click on that look at "recover deleted items" to see if you find there missing messages.
If all of those are unsuccessful, let us know what is the folder name so we can attempt to recover it.

Heya Dumitru,

Yeah - can't see anything in the trash folder. It's not really specific messages though but an entire directory!

It was simply called bugs and sat at the same level as ones you can hopefully see in my account such as 'Pivotal' and 'Recruitment'

Thanks for looking into this...

When did this happen? Was this during the mail outage?

Sorry for the delay in responding.

This literally happened the day I opened the bug, not during the mail outage but when I switched back to using Thunderbird.

Do you have your settings in Thunderbird to show all folders?

Does the folder appear in the Zimbra web UI if you log in there? If so, right click on any folder in Thunderbird and pick "Subscribe" and make sure the folder is checkmarked in the list in that window.

As mentioned when I openned the bug it's gone in both the webUI and desktop Thunderbird :(

If it is gone from the web UI then I don't believe it is easily recoverable.

JustDave can you take a look on the old array for it maybe?

If it's going to take a while then it's not the end of the world, I can work around not having it.

Am just worried that it might happen on other folders I have....

Ross,
I'm able to see all the folders you mentioned that was missing in your inbox. (pivotal, recruitment, bugs, etc)

I've attached a snapshot of what I'm seeing in comment #10. Can you take a snapshot of what you see in your Zimbra webUI?

That's them - they've started appearing in my zimbra to, they weren't there this morning, or indeed when I openned the bug...
