User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/535.7 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/16.0.912.77 Safari/535.7
Steps to reproduce:
I was in a rush to leave my office, held down the power button to hard shutdown.
Actual results:
When I got home to finish some work, TB opened up to the Home "splash screen", all of my folders and e-mails gone. I checked my pref.js, isn't empty as described in "http://kb.mozillazine.org/Recovering_a_profile_that_suddenly_disappeared#Corrupt_or_empty_prefs.js". The preferences are all there, the account settings are correct. When I click "Write" everything is there.
Expected results:
It should have loaded as normal. I reviewed the Mozilla helpfiles, followed the instructions. I do not have any backups unfortunately. I ran Chkdsk /r overnight, did not find and recover a corrupted file. I tried to make the same profile as on "http://kb.mozillazine.org/Recovering_deleted_mail_accounts" and it says the incoming and outgoing server already exist. Address book is complete. There seems to be a disconnect with the profile but I am unable to resolve. Any help would be greatly appreciated, my job is 60% email so this is a serious wrench. Thankfully it is Friday.
