72213 - Click on email link in card pane should open Compose window

MAC (2001-03-16-08 mtrunk)
steps:
1. Open Address Book from Task
2. Select Personal Address Book and  select a card with a email link
3. Click on the emal link
Actual result: No response. Compose window does not open.
Expected result:  Compose window should open with addrss filled in.
Address Book is open but Compose window has focus
This occurs on all 3 platforms.

According to Address Book for Mojo/Mozilla: Mail & News. The text for email
address is link.  But I do not see it as a link. And when I double click on it,
it does not bring up compose window.

Also in the spec, it mentions that the text of the web page is a link. Even
though I do not see it as a link, I am able to double click on it and it brings
up a browser page.

With the changes above, a user can now click on an email address in the card 
viewer window, and the compose email window will come up with the email in the 
To field.  The email addresses and the urls do not look like links though. A 
user wouldn't know you could click on the text because it doesn't look like a 
link.   Also, when clicking on a url, the browser page will load in the 
addressbook window.  There is no menu, navigation, or personal toolbar.  The 
page should be loaded in a browser window, not the addressbook window.

you get a chance.  

there's already a bug on the url loading in the address book. If you want to
look into that, too, that would be great :)
