Hello,
It would be nice to be able to localize the Firefox/Thunderbird release notes page again. I read that now they are generated automatically from a database, but I would be great if l10n is taken in consideration :)
Thanks.

I'm not sure how the relnotes DB works but we are localizing the pages as before:
http://mozilla.jp/firefox/10.0/releasenotes/

So are you just localizing the html directly?
Is it possible to do this on mozilla.org svn?

Yes.

The page itself is static, it doesn't refer the DB, so I think l10n is possible here.

Hi again!
My apologies for the flood of e-mails. Could it be this one http://viewvc.svn.mozilla.org/vc/projects/mozilla.com/trunk/en-US/mobile/10.0/releasenotes/index.html?view=co&revision=101308&content-type=text%2Fplain ?
The number of versions in Desktop and Mobile are different, and that may be a bit misleading.
Thanks for your help!

Yeah, Firefox 11 and 12 for Android won't be released, as the Android version is undergoing a major upgrade to have Native UI, while those beta versions (XUL UI) have been *secretly* released.
http://viewvc.svn.mozilla.org/vc/projects/mozilla.com/trunk/en-US/mobile/11.0beta/releasenotes/index.html
http://viewvc.svn.mozilla.org/vc/projects/mozilla.com/trunk/en-US/mobile/12.0beta/releasenotes/index.html
We have localized the relnotes for reference:
http://mozilla.jp/firefox/android/11.0beta/releasenotes/
http://mozilla.jp/firefox/android/12.0beta/releasenotes/
So anyway the latest version for Android is currently 10. The next major version is 13 and its Beta will be released next month.

Correction: the latest version for Android is specifically 10.0.3. Firefox 10 will be maintained until 13 While 11 and 12 will be skipped. That is, 10.0.3 was released instead of 11 and 10.0.4 will be released instead of 12.
