Filing as per bug 702158 comment 73. You can't tell from looking at the Graphics section of about:support whether Azure is enabled or not. I see AzureBackend: skia regardless of the value of the pref gfx.azure.enabled. Perhaps an extra row called "AzureEnabled" would be the best way to fix this, or having "AzureBackend: none" to signify that it's disabled.
