Actual results:

it ppens same url again but orange border shows and it wont dissappear . ok i know it is normal but for non technical users it is anoying 


Expected results:

i think it would be greate if it would be 1px line or another collor like light gray

Part of bug 708780.  It's the android os outline border after clicking.
