Plaintext msg display is horked. Started between 2001-03-13 and 2001-03-18.

Flowed: No horizontal margin
Normal Plaintext: Quote appear in HTML-style and with too much whitespace
Normal Plaintext with Prefs: All prefs ignored (variable width fonts, quoting style)

Possible causes:
- Wrong mode flag passed to libmime
- All CSS styles ignored (including inline <style>!)

Removing 0.8.1 from keywords since this was introduced after the branch. I think
that this is what's causing the text/plain text to be huge and it to be
displayed in the wrong font.
