725044 - Allow duplicate names for Personas

We would like to be able to have duplicate names for Personas, but only within Personas. Persona names should continue to be unique in the context of Add-ons. In other words, there cannot be a Persona called "Firebug", but we should be able to have 10 Personas called "Brown Dog"

A few issues come to mind:

* If a persona and add-on can share the same name, we'd need to change the URL patterns or append garbage to the slug (which currently both share this pattern: /firefox/addon/<slug>/).
* When a persona is submitted and there's already an existing persona with that name, we'll have to append garbage to the slug for the new persona.
* If a "persona artist" has multiple personas with the same name, those could get difficult to differentiate at a glance from the Devhub Dashboard (or "Manage My Submissions" as it will be soon called).
* We've already had this issue with search results (bug 627597). When I search for a popular persona by name I should see that one - not copycats. (This is especially an issue if we're not showing a large persona preview image. It'd be a pity to hover over each persona result to see if it's the right one.)
* RSS feeds will look weird when there are multiple personas listed with the same name but different URLs.

Thanks for filing this.  Due to resource constraints we are closing bugs which we won't realistically be able to fix.  If you have a patch that applies to this bug please reopen.
