Details
On Android 2.3.5 w/ HTC Sense 3.0, I haven't found a way to access my saved files. They appear in the notifications screen after downloading but do not stay there. Perhaps there is a way to access them with a file manager but that seems like a UX mistake.

in ICS we use the Downloads intent. Since bug 715347 landed, you should see a Download menu. Do you not see that?

Doug this is on Gingerbread. Downloading is still opaque there. I think there is a bug on file to have us hook into the Gingerbread/Froyo download format.
