Apps Reviewers are the folks reviewing search engines now, not Add-on reviewers.  This bug is to remove the "Search Engine" Type from all add-ons queues and put it in the Apps Full Review queue instead.
I think search engines should remain in the add-ons queue. Apps queue should only be apps.

I thought we had agreed on the opposite. Is there any reason app reviewers can't deal with search engines as well?
Looks like this isn't happening.
