Steps to reproduce:

受信した日本語の添付をダウンロードするとファイル名が化けてしまいます。


Actual results:

Ver１０にＵｐ後に発生しています。

I cannot reproduce this, so I cannot confirm this.  I believe that he resolve this. (or I hope that he have posted this problem to Japanese forum.)
