I'm not sure how much we clear our visits table as we go. Certainly we should be able to delete entries as we upload deleted records, and periodically we perhaps should drop any records that Fennec doesn't know about.

After history expiration occurs (Bug 744961), or a user clears history on mobile, we'll definitely need to do this: we'll be storing visits for history records that no longer exist for the browser. Firefox takes up a lot of memory on the phone. The more we can tidy up, the better. Let's re-triage this.
