Tested on the EeeTransformer TF101.
See the url testcase.
With the Maple branch, it takes a very long time before that page is rendered, and when it is finally rendered, the page gets zoomed out quickly.
The time for the page to get rendered is more than 10s.
Even worse with this testcase: http://people.mozilla.com/~mwargers/tests/positonabsolute_redraw_crash.htm
This seems to cause all pages to only show black, making the browser unusable.
It also can cause an OOM crash, it seems.

Btw, this is a testcase from bug 686901 - ESPN Full Site Version Sign In Causes Flickering.
