I noticed that the public suffix listing for .qa is wrong. It states that all second level qa domains (*.qa) are public, but according to http://domains.qa/en/news/qatar-domain-names-qa-now-available-public that's no longer true as of September last year. The link in the comments is also wrong.

According to http://domains.qa/find-your-domain the list should be:
qa
com.qa
net.qa
name.qa
org.qa
sch.qa
edu.qa
gov.qa
mil.qa

Sorry if this isn't the right place to let you know about this, but the amendment page on publicsuffix.org appears to only apply to official representatives of registrars.
