I am not sure, but I can getting blank content for all the devices I am testing with. It may be the network connection here. I will have to retry at home?
I am able to reproduce the issue but only if I open the Settings in the first few seconds of loading the page while there hasn't been any rendering done for the page content. If any content is loaded before Settings is opened the issue is not reproducible.
The issue was reproduced on Nightly 2012-03-18 on HTC Desire(Android 2.2), LG Optimus 2X(Android 2.2) and Google Nexus S(Android 2.3.6)

Can't seem to repro at this moment in time with the 3/28 build. Adrian, can you try again with the 28th build please?
I am unable to reproduce the issue as described on Nightly 14.0a1 2012-04-11 on the Motorola Droid 2 ( Android 2.3).
