Fennec native does not show "download" menu.
Enviroment:
・Fennec Nightly Native Build (http://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/4d47329bb02e)
・Xperia arc 2.3.4
I find following log on the device.
I/dalvikvm(23773): Could not find method android.app.DownloadManager.addCompletedDownload, referenced from method org.mozilla.gecko.GeckoApp.handleDownloadDone

We only show the "Downloads" menu on Honeycomb or higher. Bug 695178 will attempt to back port it.
