I had this bug happen to me on several occasions after reviving my character. I didn't find a way to reproduce it consistently though.

This was fixed in commit: https://github.com/mozilla/BrowserQuest/commit/1eb4612be1b2561ca5bc4b79a9fd5f1813d65f52 Note: This cannot be verified easily since it was hard to reproduce. It was basically a missing null check in a situation which happened rarely where an enemy would try hitting you even though you were already dead.

Have tried to replicate this on a few combinations, cannot do so. VErified fixed.
