1. Log into an account which is not associated with any apps
2. Load https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/developers/apps
observed behavior:
'Get Started' button is too close to the copy. See screenshot.

upon login, we load https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/developers/submissions which looks pretty enough.
