Steps to reproduce: 1. Login to APPS Marketplace https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/developers/app 2. Click "Delete" link on an app with incomplete submission process. Expected results: The floating box contains a message "Deleting your app will permanently remove it from the site. Are you sure you wish to delete your app?", "Delete App" button and a "Cancel" link that closes the box. Actual results: The floating box for "Detele App" is empty. Notes/Issues: Attaching screenshot for this issue.
