729199 - Try server fails to run individual Talos tests on Win

Requested try builds today looking for Talos tp tests only. The builds completed but the talos tests never ran. Also checked the output directory for logs and didn't find any.

The naming has changed. It is now tpr_responsiveness [1]

Does anyone know where is the code I should look for?

http://hg.mozilla.org/build/tools/file/tip/trychooser is where the trychooser web page is checked in, and you can update the live page by updating the checkout of tools repo in /var/www/html/trychooser/

rolled this up into the patch over on bug 729686
