steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new account at marketplace-dev.allizom.org
observed behavior:
Upon successful registration, user is forced to pick 'Display Name' and 'User Name'
We should get rid of that form.
Also, there is an empty error message- which hopefully will go away with the form.
