Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:10.0.2) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/10.0.2 Build ID: 20120215223356 Steps to reproduce: 1. Hit F11 to enter full screen mode 2. Hit the "alt" key. Actual results: Nothing. Expected results: Menu bar should have popped down, much the same as it does when hidden in non-full-screen mode. There's a bug for this with OSX, but I experience this under Win (bug#575755) I imagine a fix for one would fix both.

Ever confirmed: true
Just to clarify, as of 26.0, menus do function, but are invisible/obscured. So, still broken, but that's some more detail about how it's broken.
