steps to reproduce: 1. Create a new account using browserID on https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org 2. Try to create an AMO account using the same email ID expected behavior: We do some messaging to let people know that they have an existing account. actual behavior: AMO registration fails with errors related to account already existing.

we now show http://screencast.com/t/DwG0llK4M07 when users with BrowserID try to register to a new AMO account.
