steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://addons-dev.allizom.org
2. Click on 'Register' link
3. Notice the form to enter your email address

observed behavior:
- It is inconvenient for users to enter their email address since the formfield is so small.
- The form is slightly hidden behind the search field
- Add spacing above the buttons
-general prettification is needed.
