The previous behavior is paste the URL of the tab to the input box. It started from the 20120218 nightly build, probably suspect: bug 499008

It should be in tomorrow's build, but yes, just download a tinderbox build, no more crash. Though the pasting regression mention above still stand... if paste URL to input elements are expected.
