Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Firefox with new profile
2. Set layers.prefer-d3d9=true and restart
3. Open http://lab.aerotwist.com/canvas/fireworks/
4. Click content area

Actual Results:
  nothing

Expected Results:
  fireworks is drawn
