Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:10.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/10.0
Steps to reproduce:
1.Go to https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/developers/ and login.
2.Start the app submission process and at step 3(Details) press the Change Name link
3.Enter a long name(i.e. an 128 characters long name)
4.Press continue button without filling a mandatory field(i.e. no categories selected)
Expected results:
The long name should be truncated.
Actual Results:
The long name is not truncated.

The spec allows names up to 128 chars. It could be visually truncated though.
