Details
If you dial into a Vidyo conference room via a phone, there is no option to mute yourself, unlike our other conference rooms.
This can make calls difficult if there's background noise for them.
Although maybe their phone has a mute button that may help mitigate this.

Vidyo Far End Camera Control was disabled.
Setting enabled, system reset, confirmed Far End Camera Control after reboot.
