I've been getting, for a few weeks now, the unresponsive script dialog on the big picture. Sample webpage: http://www.boston.com/bigpicture/2010/08/russia_in_color_a_century_ago.html ; this happens without any addons.

While it's mostly annoying, on OSX, the script URL is so long that the dialog doesn't fit on the screen and I actually *can't* cancel the unresponsive script. That's a more severe issue.

I'm not sure whether this is a problem in Firefox or the website, but I'm surprised that no one has fixed this yet, so I'm filing just in case. This happens on Linux and OSX at least.

If the problem isn't Firefox-specific, we should probably evangelize the website or something; the sharethis thingy is probably rather common.

The long URL in the slow script warning that pushes the button out of the window is a known dupe.
Your report is for which Firefox version ?
Trying this with older Firefox builds may give us a hint if this is a regression or not.
