steps to reproduce: 1. Tester is not logged-in. 2. Load https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/collections/kr-raj/thi/statistics/?last=30 expected behavior: User is redirected to the login page observed behavior: The stats never loads since it 403s.
