steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/collections/mozilla/webdeveloper/statistics/subscribers/?last=30
2. Click on 'Subscribers'
3. Click on 'Rating'
expected behavior:
The graph shown changes to whatever the user selects from the menu
observed behavior:
