Steps:
1. Start maple with a clean profile
2. Load cnn.com and bbc.co.uk in two separate tabs
3. Switch between tabs and change orientation for a few times
Expected:
Zoom level should not change.
Actual:
bbc.co.uk page is zoomed in

Background tabs not handling rotations properly is known; planning on fixing that today.
