The "list all tabs" button is missing in Firefox 12 beta 1

The List-All-Tabs button was removed in Bug 714281.

Use https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/permanent-listalltabs/ to get it back.

I have noticed this too! However, it is there but only viewable if you customize the layout. Then its visible in its default location. If you relocate it to a toolbar or before the tabs it will become visible and usable.
