Details

Using Sawfish (0.37.2), the download progress windows have no "minimize" button.
They *can* be minimized by selecting from the window menu, but that is
suboptimal usability-wise.

Similar problem using Metacity 2.4.0.92: there is no facility at all to minimize
the download progress window.

This was originally filed as a Linux-specific bug. But in light of the
duplicates it has received, setting OS to "All".
