Steps to reproduce:

So I've seen this a couple times. I'll close a couple tabs, leave Fennec and then later return to Fennec and find that tabs I previously closed have reappeared in the Tab List.

1. closed tabs
2. reapply the update
3. open fennec

Expected: closed tabs should not be opened
Actual: closed tabs reopen

I've attached a logdump of when i reproduced this.   Just like the above comment, Galaxy Nexus. 

Repro:
1) had 3-18-2012 nightly build running.   
2) opened a bunch of tabs
3) closed 1 tab
4) check for updates, and update to 3-19 build 
5) verify the closed 1 tab is reopened in tab tray.

Sounds like the session is not saving the current state fast enough.

It's a very annoying behavior and I always experience it when reading feeds through Google Reader. A workaround for me is to close only 2 or 3 tabs in a row. After a restart those will really be closed. But whenever I close all tabs, those will be back after a restart.
