1 Go to the url above. 
2 Download the beta version of the atmosphere plugin from Adobe. It installs in 
  4.x folder by default (that's an issue that adobe should update their 
  installer for 6.x)
3 Copy the plugin manually to 6.x plugins folder and go to 
http://www.adobe.com/products/atmosphere/khufu.html
4 Observe that the plugin does notload

Adobe Atmosphere is based on the Viewpoint Media Player plugin, and the reason 
the VMP plugin does not load is because Mozilla is not yet supporting 
windowless plugins.  Other issues regarding the VMP are being worked on by 
myself ([e-mail]) - contact me if you have any questions.

Once the Viewpoint plugin is working, the Atmosphere plugin should be working 
as well.  That said, I haven't tried it out lately...

tried on windows branch 1005 and I get an illegal operation dialog and then the  
window(supposed to embed the plugin in) grays out...

The plugin uses LiveConnect. This cannot be fixed with the current Mozilla code 
base.
