If there is an error during video upload, the site should inform the user and suggest ways of fixing the issue. chelsea: We'll need copy for this email. Specifically, I think we should mention that a possible cause of upload failure is that users must submit a direct link to the video file, not a youtube link (and include a suggestion to use a service like Dropbox).
