Steps to reproduce:
1. Login to Marketplace https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/developers/
2. Click on "Manage Payments" link for a premium app (make sure that there is a free app with long name).
3. Observe the dropdown list from "This is a premium upgrade".
Expected results:
The long titles for free apps in the dropdown list are truncated and there are no design or layout issues.
Actual results:
The titles are not truncated and the dropdown list exceeds the Manage Payments form box.
