Marking as blocking bug 719373.  We (Mobile Dev/QA Triage) need this done in order to make a decision on how we can tackle bug 719373.   We need this done ASAP.

The processors have processed the entries in the priorityjobs queue as the table is now empty. I'm running the backfill of the matviews now
