I'm using Thunderbird 11, and it hangs several times a day. Less often in safemode, but also.

Usually, I think it happens when I hover too long before actually clicking on an imap folder or so.

I didn't get the osx hang tool to pick up the tb process, but I've collected a few activity manager analysis logs, attaching the one from safe mode.

This was fine in 10.

I can confirm this bug on Thunderbird V11 on Windows XP Professional version 2002 service pack 2: I've just upgraded to Thunderbird 11 and it keeps hanging.

I wasn't able to understand when and why it happens, but it is very annoying.

Previous version never hanged.

UPDATE: it seems to me that it hangs when I switch folder by clicking on them. I have to close and re-open the application.
So probably it is connected to 733731...

I've been unaffected on EarlyBird for a few days now, too.
