Steps to reproduce:

I sent the email with a long name of the file of an attachment.
Variable mail.strictly_mime.parm_folding = 0


Actual results:

The file name when receiving was cut off. (Thunderbird, Outlook 2007, The bat!)

I updated with 10 on the 11th version.
Also tried to reinstall the 11th version - doesn't work
