2. Drag 'Mail Folders' towards the bottom of screen.
Actual Results: 'History' overlaps icon box.
Expected Results: 'History' is hidden below icon box.

I see this consistently in Mail Sidebar now. Always the Last sidebar in the
grouping And when the sidebar is decreased past a given size.

Samir, this bug is not only really ugly, it prevents users from accessing the
task bar. I'm curious why the Nav Triage team minused this? Is there any way the
UI team can influence you to change your mind?
