Tentatively adding these:

bug 62586  - Need Titletips (or tooltips) for Cropped Text in Message Header Pane
bug 114637 - can't drag-select in thread pane (4xp issue on the Mac)

Feel free to shoot them down if you disagree :-)

Removing bug 114637 since its mac only and hasn't been duplicated by qa yet.

This is sorta my personal ue related tracking bug. If anyone thinks something 
should be added, please add the bug number to the comments section of this bug 
first and i'll take a look and add the dependency as appropriate. Or feel 
free to file your own meta bug. Thanks.

this is incredibly out of date. and if it were updated should encompass hundreds of mailnews bugs, which isn't really practical nor necessary
